Reading gets the mind working across different areas. It develops the analytical abilities, stimulates memories and even broadens a child’s imagination by reading words off a page. In order to inculcate habit of reading, APS Jaisalmer started reading activity for students of grades 1-9 in given time slot from 19th Nov onwards. The reading activity is being conducted daily for the benefit of the students. Also,On World Book Day, April 23, the school conducted DEAR (Drop Everything and Read Activity) Activity for all the classes. Students along with the teachers read the books of their choice and wrote the book review.
